I thought you might be interested that Pelosi’s picture that you posted demostates quite nicely the effect of Botox and dermal fillers.

In fact, it demostrates it so well that I printed it out for my medi-spa friends.

Notice the area between Pelosi’s eyebrows just above the nose; it is quite smooth and shiny. Compare it to the rest of the forehead, where there are plenty of forehead wrinkles.

Normally this area (called the “glabellar” region” has a couple of vertical frown lines. This is especially true in people who have enough facial expression that their forehead wrinkles become prominent. Nancy has forehead wrinkles/creases, but no glabellar lines.
