Stop Sign…Here I Come.

Even though I don’t have a pair of running shorts, I’m heading off to the stop sign at the end of our block here in Scottsdale.
I really need to get back into the habit of running…(for me it’s a fast paced walk) down to the stop sign and back at least once a day. The last couple weeks I have noticed that I have been having a lot of pain in my legs. More in my left leg, but there are times that I am one great big pain from the hips on down.
And when it happens, I seem to quickly lose all energy and stop doing even the simplest of things.
I have even stopped typing in the middle of a …………………………………….

Hi Norm,
Yes exercise is required for people of all ages and it’s never too late to do something. I advocate fast walking. It is much easier on your bones/joints etc. I was a long distance runner when I was younger but gave it up in my early 20′s because my knees started to hurt. Been a cyclist ever since.
