Memorial Day 2010.
By Norm Seeley | May 31, 2010
Getting up this morning, I took a moment to pray to God about those men and women of the American Services who have protected the peace of the World and upheld the Freedom of this country. I am very thankful for all that they have done.
To me, it’s very humbling.
While I don’t think today that those thoughts will not be far from my mind, especial with several emails coming that remind of the importance of today from people just like you and me, and I have had one from Arizona Governor Jan Brewer as well.
My mind did wander for a moment, to my scheduled Doctor’s appointment for this Thursday. As I have blogged about before, I can’t wait to find out if it’s UP or Down. Seems like each week, when I check in, my weight either goes up….or goes Down. The last year though, most of my visits it has gone down. But in the last month or so, it’s either or. I guess I need to look into an fda approved diet pill .
Another successful trick of mine, (and I have told you before) is to cut out the Cokes. I love Coke. But I find that I can if I really want, stop drinking Coke at the drop of a hat. I love the taste, but I can live without it.

Cokes, Norm? I thought you liked PEPSI THROWBACK?
I still have a can here for you, but by the time I see you, it may not be fit to drink anymore!

Bill, I am the coke drinker in our house. While I will drink Pepsi if that’s all that’s there, I feel better if I’m told that it’s a COKE. That way my body seem to accept it. Karen on the other hand is the one who would take a Pepsi over a coke and really liked Pepsi Throwback when they made it. If you saved a can, then I will hold you to bringing it to Phx when the KRUX Reunion is held, if it is held. Is it a can or bottle?
