Upgrade the house
By Norm Seeley | May 19, 2010
My wife and I live in a house that was built here in Scottsdale in the early 60s. It’s not a big house, just two bedrooms and 2 baths, but for us it’s more than enough.
When I have thought about what I wanted in a house, it’s has always been the basics, and I have never had a desire to live in a “BIG HOUSE’. The top item, if I were to write down what I really wanted would be a view.
One of these days, I will put that first.
Taking into consideration when our house was built, we have a lot of the items that were here when first built and put up for sale. I believe that the bathrooms are just like they were back in the 60s. Should we remodel, after painting the walls in the Living Room, Dinning Room, and the two Bedrooms, we would be to put a new Saniflo Toilet in each of the bathrooms
We have already replaced the stove, oven, and dishwasher in the Kitchen. So when the urge to upgrade hits us again, we’ll start in the bathrooms.
