Another Week…..

If you have been following my posts, you are aware that I have an up and down body. The weight goes up and down almost on a daily basis.
A couple of friends here in Scottsdale have said I should try some top rated diet pills , telling me that would end the up and down business.
That would be cool, but the ups and downs have not been major. Couple pounds at the most, so in my mind, it’s not a big deal.
