Here are the men who were in the news department at KRUX when I arrived from Denver in the summer of 1965. I was very lucky to have found employment at such a fun station.
As I remember it, the news department was actually Rod Peterson and Dean Murray . Len Johnson did Production, and D. L. Wilkerson was the all night man when I started with KRUX doing 7 to midnight.
By the way, don’t forget that starting tomorrow you’ll be able to listen to a two part interview with Kit Carson who did the afternoons at KRUX back in 1965.
