It’s was WINDY!

Yesterday was WINDY here in Scottsdale. It whipped the branch holding the nest of the Hummingbirds in our front yard like you wouldn’t believe. I doubt if Karen and I could have survived had our “House” been in a tree branch and been whipped around like that.
You have to look carefully for the two baby Hummingbirds in the nest. Just their heads and beaks are showing.

Wow ‘am glad they did not blow away. thanks for the updates on these fascinating creatures. I have always had a fondness for hummingbirds.

There were times the branch with the nest would go up and down by at least a couple feet. Can’t imagine being in our house being blown about like that.
