Went Down.

Had another Doctor’s visit this morning, and my weight is going down again. I lost about two pounds. That in about a week. Good for me.
I am still a good 75 pounds below the weight I had carried for several years, and within a pound or two I believe of where I should be weight wise. With that in mind, it would be a good time for me to get an instant life insurance quote .
Really though, I am more or less back on eating the way I had been when each time I visited the Doctor, the weight would being going down. Now to me it doesn’t matter that it’s less than a couple pounds. I would rather it do that than 10 or 15 at a time. This way it will stay off.
