It’s still on my mind.

Over the past two weeks, I have had 3 Doctor’s appointments and each time I have gained weight.
Not a lot each time, but the previous 10 visits to the Doctor, I have gone down each visit. Now it seems to be moving in the opposite direction.
I know that one big down fall is my love for Cokes. To be honest, although I don’t think about drinking Cokes, if I feel like one, I will get one. Lately, like the last year or so, I have really stayed away from them. Even when I have had the urge to drink one.
I guess I have reached that time when I should consider looking into something like nuphedragen .
Then, maybe I could blog to you about how on each Doctor’s visit the scale is showing a smaller number.
That sure would make me happy.
