It has been a while.

January 23, 1999 was the last time I even thought about tuxedos . That was my wedding day and I have to admit, I looked darn good. The tuxedo helped, but being next to a beautiful woman in a great looking Wedding Dress makes all the difference.
Come to think about it, that has to be the last time that I have put on a suit. There was one time about 2 months ago, when I saw in the closet the suit that I wore back then, and I wondered if I still could get into it.
I tried the coat on first, no problem. In fact it was a little on the big side. Then I tried the pants. There too, a little on the big side.
I like the fact that I don’t wear a tie. Back when I did all nights on KBTR in Denver, I had three or four suits and each night I would put one on, and yes I would wear a tie too. There was no one else in the building after about 2 AM. All the engineers from the TV side had gone home, and there I was in my suit doing the all night show. I did take off the coat, but not the tie.
Don’t ask me why, I don’t remember.
