Way Back Then.

As a teenager, I thought many times about the best acne treatments . No, I really didn’t have an acne problem, but I guess my mind would tell me that if I kept drinking all the Cokes that I did, it would be a problem.
So with this in mind, I would say to myself, “Self, you need to stop drinking Cokes, today.”
I have to tell you, just like today, my response 9 times out of 10, would be, not today. That was all I would think about it, until the next time I felt I might have a problem.
In those days I was skinny, so I didn’t worry about the weight factor. Today that’s a concern, so the odds have changed and I listen to myself more.
