Obstacale Course.

Being Friday, my walk to the Stop Sign, (which can’t be seen int the picture above) is an Obstacle Course. I have to dodge, the Hot Pink recycle bins that dot the sidewalk. Today is was easy as only two out of the four were set out.
I find my daily walk, is on of the best fat burners , as I continue to drop my weight, now at 274 pounds. A loss of 6 pounds from my last official weight in.
I noticed today that I heard birds chirping with almost every step I took. That in itself makes the walk enjoyable. Birds singing makes happy thoughts dance in your mind. At least mine.
