Back Brace.

If you read this blog every once in a while, you know that I have been having back problems…or to be more specific, pain in my back.
Today, our door-bell rang early in the morning. That is not normal around our house. It’s usually later in the day. I got to the front door from the back of the house just in time to see the UPS Man quickly walking back to his truck. He was in our car port, next to our van, and as I opened the door,he said ” I left a package behind the gate”. He kept walking and I said ” Is it Good?”. Turning his head slightly, but still walking at a brisk pace, responded “It’s always Good!”
I got the package, and opened it up to find a Back Brace. There were three items in the package. One look like a large belt and two other pieces that looked like black plastic piece that would fit around my back.
The Belt looking device had instructions, I unfolded them and look at the pictures first. No where in the pictures were the two black plastic pieces.
How do they work? What the H E C K, do I do with this thing?
Maybe the best place for it, is back in the box.
