Sad News indeed!

I have not looked on line for at least a year, maybe even longer to see what was going on with my favorite model train company Marklin.
Last night I got the urge. And I was very saddened with what I learned.
The news about Marklin is not good news, especially if you enjoy model trains as a hobby.
Like so many other things in my life that are just memories, I guess Marklin is too. I long ago sold the HO and Z gauge sets from Marklin that I had. And when I was sent the Z gauge set that I had sent to by son as a present, after his death, that too was sold for several reasons. I do have a few items of his that were part of his trains that he had made himself from Kits I had also sent him. They have a different but special meaning to me.
Considering all of the things going on in the World, especially in Washington, this news is down the list of importance, but it still has meaning for many, including me. 12
