Looking back.

Spending lunch yesterday with my friend Fred Long from Denver, brought back memories of those days. We met in grade school and our friendship when on through high school and then during the first couple years of college.
As it turned out, I left college to continue in broadcasting, leaving Denver and moving down to the Phoenix area.
Over the years, there were a couple of times I drove up there and would stop by and try and see as many friends as I could and the same is true of Fred, he would journey down to Arizona and we’d get together.
As a teenager, other than being skinny as a rail, and very tall, I was lucky not to have to be concerned with acne treatment products. Most of my money in those days went toward new cars and gas to keep them running. Nothing wrong with that.
