How to lose Belly Fat Fast!

Returning home from lunch, of a salad, I decided that this would be a good day to work on how to lose belly fat fast .
As I have written about before here on normradio.com, I have been losing weight by cutting out the number of cokes I drink in a day.
Yes Virginia, I have really cut them out completely, but in all honesty, I do sneak one maybe once a week, but never more often than that.
I am being good.
I am losing weight, but I still have a belly that needs some improvement.
Exercise would of course be a good idea, when changing the size and shape of one’s belly is being considered, so, I thought I would open the windows, front and back of our house. A place to start doing “some” exercise. Unusual for Scottsdale, but I did it and spent the next 10 minutes getting up and down from my chair in front of the computer, opening the door to my office after the breeze kept slamming it shut.
That was really exercise, up and down, up and down, up and down. Wears me out just writing about it.
It took me that long to realize that I needed to find a door stop.
Once in place, the door stop, it was back to the chair and working on the computer.
I have my computer screen such that I really don’t have to worry about the size of my belly. But opening the door at least 6 times, was enough work for me for today.
Although I have noticed that it’s getting harder to keep my pants up.
Now that’s a real problem.
