Thursday in the City

A couple moments ago I had flash through my head the words diet pills.
I guess that’s because last week when I went to the Doctors, I had gain 3 lbs. And the time before that, 2 lbs. So in total I have gain 5 lbs in the last few weeks. It did bother me, because up until about two weeks ago, my weight has been going down. I am watching it to a degree but not that much.
When I want to cut down in my weight, I stop drinking Cokes, and go a week or two, or just a couple days and when we go out to eat, have a salad. Even here at home, I will fix a salad for myself at dinner, and after a couple of days, I will more times than not, start shedding the lbs.
