Electric Ranges.

To me I have always like houses that had Electric Ranges in the Kitchens.
Oh yes I have lived in a couple over the years that had gas stoves, but if it were up to me, it would be an electric stove. I have to admit that I am not a great cook. I am aware that cooking with gas is preferred by many “cooks”, but I just like the way an electric stove top looks. I like that fact that there is no flame licking at the bottom of the pots and pans.
To the true sense of the word, with a gas flame, you would have fat burners right there in the kitchen. With an electric burner, you would not be able to see it.
Must be the looks that the rings of an electric stove top has that is pleasing to me. I can’t think of anything else.
