		<description>This will go down as the largest single &quot;tax increase&quot; in American history.  Some estimates are that energy prices, especially for coal-fired power, will increase as much as 500% over the next decade.  Not only will that make living in Phoenix more costly (a LOT more costly because of the air conditioning), but it will cause the price of milk and eggs, bread, clothes, and dinners at restaurants to do likewise.  We are an energy-rich nation and what better way to skirt around a campaign &quot;promise&quot; (yeah, right) than to &quot;tax&quot; the biggest part of our economy.

Health care is next. Bet on it.</description>
