Leather
By Norm Seeley | June 6, 2009
Last night we were watching TV and saw someone in an interview who we had not seen in a while and I was surprised that his skin looked like leather.
Now, without trying to be mean, maybe it’s really the fact that it’s the first time we have seen him on an HD TV. I have heard that HD is bad on people who are in front of the camera.
It sees everything.
Having been an anchor on local television, and having used a little makeup, to improve my “look” in front of the camera, I can relate.
If these new HD cameras are less forgiving maybe that’s the reason for the way he looked.

Then again, it just might be the way he looks in person. Maybe I should send him an email and suggest the best wrinkle cream for him to use. Then I would just have to wait until he is interviewed again on HD TV to see how well it worked.
