Great Sunday Lunch !
By Norm Seeley | May 17, 2009
After church, Karen and I decided that we’d go to Old Town Scottsdale and have Pizza at Grimaldi’s .

Sam was our sever and we had our regular Iced Teas, and ordered a personal pizza with onions and olives and asked that it be extra crispy.
When waiting for our Grimaldi’s Pizza, I was looking toward the Brick Ovens and there was Manager Mike Kelly standing to the side with pizza dough in his hands and all most like the Visa Commercial that has been airing over the past few weeks on TV, Mike was taking that dough and it was flying in the air and getting bigger with each toss.
I was impressed.
Considering that I have no eye, arm, hand, or leg coordination what so ever, watching someone with such skill is down right exciting.
Mike is really good at it.
A few minutes later, Mike came to our table, and we learned that there is a Pizza Olympics held not only in Italy but here in the US. And Mike has walked away with some awards.
Darn, and I left my cameras at home. I have got to get in the habit of taking it with me. And of all places for a good picture to be Grimaldi’s, I never would have thunk it.
