Dinner with Friends!
By Norm Seeley | November 13, 2008
It was a week before 911 in 2001, at Calvary Temple in San Diego, the church that Karen’s Dad is the Pastor at that we meet Tass Saada who was the guest speaker. We also had the privilege to have lunch with him.
Last night, Tass and his wife Karen, on their way from California to Texas made a stop here in Scottsdale and we had dinner together.

Tass, Norm Karen Karen
There we were in Patsy Grimaldi’s in Old Town Scottsdale, were we normally go for lunch. In fact I think it’s the first time we have been there after dark. We had some great Pizzas.

It was an oportunity for all of us to talk about so many things. It was the first time that we met Karen, but the two Karens knew each other from exchanged emails. And they hit it off, instantly. Tass and I spoke to each other about a lot of things, some important, others not so important, and even a couple just “small talk”. Always between a slice of pizza.

Tass has written a book, “Once An Arafat Man” and Karen has read it cover to cover in two sittings. I am almost done with it, and in a blog in the next few days will write down my thoughts.
I think it’s only fitting that we end this blog on the “Beauty Side of things”.

It was a great time. Let’s put some music behind the pictures.
