Thing on my mind.

Here it is Wednesday and I am sitting in front of the computer having returning from lunch at a pizza place.
You would think I shared a pizza with my wife.
Nope, I had a Cobb Salad.
It was just right, it was only a half portion but more than enough. One thing I really liked was that the lettuce was chopped up. Not in big pieces. All of the lettuce along with the other items one normally gets in a Cobb salad were very good. I would go back to have it again.
Guess that I am still thinking about lunch. When it’s good, it stays in your mind for a while maybe thinking that it was good enough to have had just a little more. Than seems to be in my mind more times than not when thinking about food that tastes good.
I also tend to think about video equipment, a new van, things for the house, things for Karen. A moment ago, I even thought about a pulse oximeter , I guess thoughts from my childhood dancing through my head.
Maybe one time, I will even try the pizza.
