Cooperation…

Last Friday, Nancy Pelosi turned off the lights in the House. The cameras and microphones came next. Nothing was going to get in the way of those on the left, the Democrats taking a 5 week vacation.
This despite the fact that nothing has been done to bring down the domestic gas prices. Obama is suggesting that we take from the Emergency Reserves. Showing that he hasn’t a clue as to it’s effect on this country. The benefit would be minimal and the cost would be out of sight, long term. Once again proving that Obama is not qualified to be President.
And then, as I noted last week in a blog, Rep. Henry Waxman, is following the Democrat policy of lying about what is going on and saying that they are safeguarding the public health. He failed to say anything about safeguarding the public finances and helping to keep down the prices of gas at the pump. And of course he’s blaming the Bush administration for every thing that has gone wrong in this county. Apparently he can remember the 40 years under the Democrats and the years of promises that have been unkept. Maybe he’s un aware of the problems with Social Security. Maybe he’s un aware of the problems with Medicare. Maybe he’s just un aware. Period.
It really would be nice it the government would provide the public with theater seating, so that at least we could be comfortable which watching the dribble coming from Washington.
