Get to write on Friday.
By Norm Seeley | May 16, 2008

It seems that the last two or three weeks, Friday afternoons I will spend time sitting in front of my computer and write. Usually it’s for normradio.com. There might have been one Friday that I wrote an email to a friend. But don’t think that’s going to happen today.
What’s happened this week? No too much. Worked on some video editing Monday and Tuesday. It went quicker than I had thought so I was happy about that. I guess it was easier than I had thought it would be, or maybe I’m better as a video editor than I thought. But to be honest, I don’t buy that story even myself.
Hit a new place for lunch yesterday. Turned out not to be bad at all. Think that we’re going to go back and try it again. We’ll see.
Spent time watching outside and hoping for some rain. While other parts of the valley might have received an hour or so of the wet stuff. Here, on the East side, in Old Scottsdale, we had wind but only about 10 minutes, if that of real rain. Maybe next time.
I have found myself in a mood to do some shopping, thinking of furniture stores, or hardware stores, clothing shops for myself, and did spend some time on the Internet looking for LED lights, and ways to cut down our power bill. I guess that I’m happy with the @27% savings we have all ready realized with our new windows and programmable thermostat. Both have helped a great deal.
