I’m very lucky. My beautiful bride suggested that we go to the Pink Taco here in Scottsdale for lunch today. Now I really don’t argue at all if someone, any one, suggests that we go to the PT. It’s a great place to eat.
Lately, I have been trying different Tacos. Soft and Crispy. They have a Carne Asada taco that is soft. It’s good. They also have a Crispy Taco with brisket meat. It’s good too. But you can’t get a Carne Asada Crispy taco.
Today, Sammy, who is the head chef here in Scottsdale came to our table and I said what I would really like is a Carne Asada Crispy Taco. I had mentioned it to Brad, the manager last week, so why not try again. Sammy, said he’d make me one.
I had also ordered the Crispy Chicken Tacos and they were good. Got one of those eaten, then the Carne Asada Crispy taco was delivered. It was just want I wanted. The flavor was great, that Carne Asada beef the PT does so well. The crispy taco and the other ingredients were so tasteful. And it’s filling!!!
Now if I can just get them to add it to the menu.
Let’s call it NORM’S TACO.
