Norm’s MIND.

I have a wonderful Mind. It remembers things about video cameras and stuff like that with so much detail, it’s down right scary.

There are times, when I can remember things that happened to me, again with so much detail, I for one get overwhelmed with all of the input.

I also remember in full color. I don’t think I have every had a dream that was only in Black and White. All ways bright, full color. I remember pictures, places, people, all as God meant us to see them.

Every once in awhile I even remember facts and figures like the stuff taught in school. Although here is an area of my mind that needs some improvement.

Let’s be honest, a lot of improvement.

It would be nice if we could add memory to our minds.

I would like that.

Back in my radio days, when reporting from the field, at first I would try and just turn on the mike and report. Quickly I found that I could not ad lib. I would forget what I was reporting on and stumble all over the place. So, not being a complete idiot, I would take a note pad and write down the facts to the story. I wouldn’t write out the story, just the who, what, why, when, and where and then work from the notes when feeding a live story back to the radio station. I must say, I got pretty good at it.

Or at least, that’s the way I choose to remember it.
