Bike

By Norm Seeley | March 16, 2008

Several blogs ago, I talked about my red English bike that I had in Denver and rode all over the city. I loved that bike.

This is not the bike from Denver, but wouldn’t I look good riding it?
My body was younger. Now how did I come to that conclusion? Any way, lately, KK and I have been talking about the idea of me getting a new bike so that we can get out of the house and exercise and visit some of the local, close by parks. There are many months here in Scottsdale that it is not too hot for such ventures. While I have looked a couple times on the Internet for sites on bikes, I have yet to visit a bike shop here in Scottsdale. I do know where one is but have not gone in. That might tell you something.

Keeping up one’s body, especially after passing the big Six Zero, should be one my mind every day. I should look into strength equipment, anything to get this body moving and not in a sedentary state.

I have not excuse. I will continue to “Think about it”.
