As I told you yesterday, I was going to show you what I had to eat yesterday at what has to be my favorite restaurant here in Scottsdale, the Pink Taco. KK and I have been going there since just after it opened, and we keep going back. Two reasons. Food. People.
Here is what I had yesterday.
Shrimp Enchiladas
I surprised myself on being able to pick out the different flavors and what a great blend it was. I won’t spoil it for you for that first time you try it. I know it’s on the list now of meals I have got to have again.
Should I save you a place at the Scottsdale Pink Taco?
