Super Bowl.

By Norm Seeley | January 29, 2008

I bet by now, even if you’re not a football fan, you know that the Super Bowl is coming up. Since this year, it’s being held in the Phoenix Metro area, (Glendale, to be exact) all of us here are well aware that it’s soon.

Monday, we went to the bank and ran into one of the waitresses who we know by first name because we visit the restaurant she works at, at least once a week, sometimes more. She said hi, then told us to stay away. That’s right, stay away. She told us it has been a mad house. She, did slip in that she’s been making some extra money, and that she likes. She’s also is going to ASU, where she’s studying to be a Journalist. I’ve tried to tell her, but she just won’t listen to me.
The television here, since before Christmas has been loaded with ads about High Def TVs and now the theme has changed to connect to the big game coming up next weekend And if you buy a new TV, don’t forget the LCD mount, you just can’t have the High Def Screen sitting on the floor.
