Remembering the Past

Today for whatever reason, I started thinking about the Wheelchair Van Rental company that I used to have.
We rented vans that were equipped for direct access for wheelchairs. All of the vans were equipped with ramps and Power swivel drivers seats as well as hand controls. One other feature was roof racks or a truck rack .I felt that it was important that each of the vans could be used by anyone in a wheelchair weather they were driving or not. Also that the vans could take passengers inside, some luggage, and if needed, some on the rack on the top.
That company is history, and it’s a long story as to why it’s gone. But it is. And that is just another chapter in my life that is over. Luckily for me, it wasn’t the last chapter.
