A Blogin Saturday

I’m just sitting here today blogin till the cows come home. I hope that it’s soon.
Lately, I have again started watching what I eat. I saw my Doctor in December, and she made it clear, as she does every time I see her, that I should watch my weight. That’s easy enough, I can’t miss it.
Bring the weight down by turning away from food is easy for me. All I have to do is say to myself, “I’m going to be better at what I eat” and the job is done. Now normally I don’t worry about my weight. But when I get motivated, it’s really that simple. Say it and it’s done.
The next step is to think about home Gym equipment. Now that would be when I really got serious.
At 64, that better come soon!
