Listening Reminder.

Want you to know that I have recorded Friday’s Music for this week. It is, as they (who ever they are)”in the can”.
It’s featuring the music from the 1950s. A full 11 years before I started in broadcasting at a little daytime station outside of Denver, Colorado.
I attended DU, in Denver and the first day of orientation, the individual who was taking us around told us that he was leaving his job, at this station so that afternoon I went to the station, and had the job lined up before I left to go home.
The music was country, I had never really listen to country, but you learn quickly when you have to. I was there about 7 months, then they needed someone to do engineering, that’s not me, so I was let go.
I think I was not off the air long, maybe two weeks before I got a call and believe it or not went to work at another Denver area country station.
Enough of the old days, Friday’s Music is back this Friday, and I hope that you enjoy the music.
