Make’s it just a little Easier!

I was going to go to Tucson over the weekend so Karen I and decided it would be best that she go to San Diego during the weekend. And that’s what we did. I drove her and the van to Yuma last Thursday, and her Dad met us there and he drove her the rest of the way and I returned home.
To tell the truth, I don’t like it when she’s not here. Oh, I’m not afraid of the dark or being alone, but our house seems so quiet and I like just knowing that she’s somewhere around. I guess that’s what marriage is about.
I have found that our webcams save the day. We both have them attached to our computers. I packed her’s up, and put it in the back of the van so that her Dad could set it up for her to use while in San Diego.
I’d like to say, the only reason she wants her computer with her is for the daily get togethers we have on line. But if the truth were known, it’s cause she just doesn’t want to leave her work behind.
But I do feel very lucky that once or more times a day, we talk to each other online, via webcam and I get to see her smiling, happy face.
It makes a big difference!
My webcam, removed from it’s lofty post atop my computer screen, as the wall behind it was very boring.
