In the X ray room the two techs wanted to have Karen get on a table. Even for me, that is no fun. For Karen it’s even worst. We told them in the chair, that’s it. We were nice but firm.
It took awhile; a plate had to be put under her individual ankles, and knees. I was fitted with a lead apron and held Karen’s legs. We got it done.
Back to the ER and wait to see if Karen had broken any bones. We hoped and prayed she hadn’t.
