Okay Norm, I’ve got to ask.
Right now here in River City in Oregon its 3:21 pm, and the sun is still quite high in the sky.
I’m quite certain that since it’s also 3:21 in Scottsdale, Arizona, that the sun is also quite high in the sky over the Valley of the Sun.
Your video is obviously taken at night, and you say it’s July 4, 2006.
So in Arizona do they start shooting off the fireworks early in the morning before it gets light?

To be truthful, here in Arizona, some have been celebrating the 4th for months. I guess you could say that of any state.
As to the title at the beginning of the video, it was refering to celebrating this 4th, even though the video goes back a couple of years.
